- Operate the Ashley Dawn fan club and email list;
- Send SMS messages as described in the SMS section below.

- Communicate with you about your orders;
- Screen orders for potential risk or fraud.
We use Device Information to:

- Assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with trusted third parties as needed to operate the Site and deliver our services, including:

Fan Club & Website SMS Program
By checking the SMS consent box on our signup form, you agree to receive text messages from Ashley Dawn at 1-866-ASHBERRY (1-866-274-2379), which may include:
- Transactional messages: fan club account updates, order confirmations, and customer support;
- Promotional messages (if separately opted into): event announcements, new music releases, merchandise offers, and other marketing updates.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or membership.
Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA) Disclosure
