When we refer to "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we mean Device Information, Contact Information, and Order Information collectively.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use Contact Information to:

• Send you updates, announcements, new music releases, events, and other communications you have opted into;
• Operate the Ashley Dawn fan club and email list;
• Send SMS messages as described in the SMS section below.

We use Order Information to:

• Fulfill orders placed through the Site, including processing payments, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and order confirmations;
• Communicate with you about your orders;
• Screen orders for potential risk or fraud.

We use Device Information to:

• Screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address);
• Improve and optimize the Site through analytics about how visitors browse and interact with it;
• Assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with trusted third parties as needed to operate the Site and deliver our services, including:

• HubSpot — for customer relationship management and email communications;

Fan Club & Website SMS Program

By checking the SMS consent box on our signup form, you agree to receive text messages from Ashley Dawn at 1-866-ASHBERRY (1-866-274-2379), which may include:

• Transactional messages: fan club account updates, order confirmations, and customer support;
• Promotional messages (if separately opted into): event announcements, new music releases, merchandise offers, and other marketing updates.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or membership.

Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA) Disclosure

If you are a Tennessee resident, you have the following rights under the Tennessee Information Protection Act (Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-3201 et seq.):

• Right to access — You may request to know whether we are processing your personal data and to access that data.
• Right to correction — You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
• Right to deletion — You may request deletion of personal data you have provided to us.
• Right to portability — You may request a copy of your personal data in a portable format.
• Right to opt out — You may opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.

We do not process sensitive personal data as defined under TIPA without your explicit consent.
